Weapons of War

ready their weapons
steel their hearts
polish their hate

Their adversaries,
having nothing to polish,
avoid the fray
armed only with craft, skill
and a survivor’s will

  1. Monica says:

Dear Androgoth, Thank you so much for your words of hope and support.

  2. Androgoth says:

Wouldn’t it be a perfect world if the only thing that were
pointed at a Wolf was a camera and not a loaded weapon?
It is indeed a sick and twisted society that kill Wolves and
display them on their walls… How ghoulish and cruel 😦

    Androgoth XXx

  3. Monica says:

Oh, Bluebee – I assume they are displayed as trophies – not eaten, surely.

  4. bluebee says:

What do the hunters do with the wolves they kill, Monica?

  5. Monica says:

That heartens me, Laz – thank you

  6. lazfreedman says:

A strong will, my friend, as yours
    All the Best, Monica
    Peace,
    Laz

  7. Monica says:

Your hopes and prayers are so appreciated, dear Pen!

  8. penpusherpen says:

and may they all have the survivors skill, Monica, I do hope and pray so…Why for gods sake the hunters feel the blood lust I have no idea, beyond any need or reasoning I fear… xPenx
